Ship items back within: 7 Days of Delivery

We do not accept exchanges or cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order. 

We do not accept returns for custom, personalized, or sale items. Because of the nature of these items we do not accept returns, unless they arrive damaged or defective. 

Condition of return: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
